Scrappin' 101 - Little Notes

Well, I've been asked for quite a while now when I am going to start teaching scrapbook classes. Finally I have set the date for the first beginner's class, Saturday, March 19th! I like to call this class..."Little Notes" In this class you will make and take this cute notebook that you see above that you can use for whatever you want...journaling, cooking notes, quotes, etc.

The cost for this class is $15 and there is no need to bring anything, not even scissors. I will have everything you need. So, if you are interested to see if scrapbooking is even something you want to attempt to do, you can come to this class, get an understanding of the basics including what type of tools you need to buy and decide if you want to make the investment. If you have been scrappin' for a while or just need a couple of helpful hints, we would love to have you here too!

The class will only take a couple of hours out of your Saturday, but it will certainly get your creative juices flowing. Plus, you will meet some great people! I hope to see you at this introductory class. See the calendar on the sidebar for time and location.

If you are interested in being a part of this workshop, please send me an e-mail at tiffleo@gmail.com to reserve your spot. Spaces are limited, so reserve your seat today! Can't wait to get scrappin'!

Downtown L.A. Walking Tours Schedule

As the weather turns from "chance of rain" to "always sunny" here in Southern California, we have set the dates for upcoming Downtown L.A. walking tours. During our walking tour, which is about 4 hours, you will experience downtown L.A. like you never have before. You will explore the history of what Los Angeles used to be and the many things it still is.

So the dates for this season's tours are: March 26, April 9, April 30, May 14, and June 11.

The cost for this tour is $7 a person! All you need is an iPod or mp3 player. If by chance you don't have one, we have a few extra, but be sure to reserve them soon.

All tours start at 11:00 AM at the back of Union Station. This is an audio tour. However, Tiffany and Austin will be there to guide you along the route and answer any questions that you might have.

Bring with you some cash to purchase lunch at one of our stops and to pick up any souvenirs along the way. Remember to wear good walking shoes and, of course, don't forget your camera.

Spots are limited, so e-mail Tiffany at tiffleo@gmail.com to reserve your spot and get all the information you need.

We can't wait to share a great afternoon with you!
